1. Custom Printed Products – No Returns

Most of the items we sell are custom-made or personalised specifically for your order. This includes printed banners, business cards, flyers, signage, branded clothing, and other personalised merchandise.

As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any custom products unless there is a verified defect or printing error caused by us.



2. Non-Custom/Stock Products

If you purchase a non-personalised or standard item (e.g., blank stock, accessories), it may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • You notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery

  • You return the item at your own shipping cost

Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original delivery charges).



3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Printed incorrectly (e.g. colours, size, spelling errors) due to our fault

  • Different from what you ordered

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the problem

We will review the case and offer one of the following solutions:

  • A reprint of the affected item(s) at no cost to you

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the issue



4. Customer-Provided Artwork & Errors

We are not responsible for:

  • Mistakes in artwork you upload (e.g., spelling errors, low-resolution images, incorrect sizing)

  • Colour variations due to differences in screen calibration

  • Delays due to incomplete or unapproved artwork

We strongly recommend reviewing and approving your final design proofs carefully before printing begins.



5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.



6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if:

  • Printing or production has not yet started

  • You notify us within 1 hour of placing the order

Once an order moves into production, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for custom products. In cases of errors or damages, we will arrange a reprint or refund as outlined above.
